PHILOSOPHY
Improving Well-Being and Economic Growth
I believe that wellness travel goes far beyond the simple “mindy/body/spirit” adage.
The more we understand how connecting the dots in our daily lives translates into well-being, we'll see better health and contentment individually and collectively – positively affecting people, families, communities, states and the world.
Part of connecting the dots in our daily lives is taking time off to explore, learn, decompress, connect, engage, transform and give back.
How we enjoy our leisure time is important investment to our well-being.
Many years ago, I was quoted saying "Vacations are no longer a luxury, they are a necessity." Research, including my own, shows travel contributes to both well-being and to economic growth Wellness travel is more than a jump start on a fitness regiman, weight loss program or spa experience., it's about new experiences, reconnecting with yourself, friends & family and nature and the opportunity to recreate and transform.
**My personal philosophy focuses on traveling through life with an emphasis on quality of life by using our time, energy and resources wisely.**
